Please Note that we are not a Travel Agency, any travel requirements are met through our vendors.  Our main vendor at this time is Marissa Barker at Uniglobe Travel.  We do not host any plane reservation portals, cruises, tickets, or otherwise.  In addition, we do not sell real estate, have any listings that are unfurnished, deal in real estate transactions or make any claim to such.  Our Real Estate vendor right now is Maria Nilsen, at Nilsen Group Realty.  She can be contacted for anything to do with long term housing, rentals of unfurnished (non-vacation) rentals, or investments to do with Real Estate. 

We do market and list homes for individuals and companies that are in need of marketing/hosting companies.  We also do handle concierge work for our client’s and are a member of the International Concierge Association, the National Concierge Association, the Online Marketing Association, as well as the American Business Woman’s Association.  We are a minority owned female owned business and conduct all of our business under the guideless set by our City/County. 

As we market homes/villas worldwide we are not responsible for omissions made by owners regarding their listings.  We do not make any guarantees that you will like the home, if rented sight unseen.  It is your responsibility as a responsible traveler to make every effort to research the home you are staying in or visit it if possible.  We do take listings off if we feel that our client’s are not pleased and that the owner has not met our quality guidelines, which are found under of “List with us” section.
