in selling services or in accepting
reservations or bookings for services
which are not directly supplied by the
travel companies-such as air carriage,
hotel accommodations, ground transportation,
meals, tours, cruises, etc...). This
company, or any associated companies/parties
shall not be responsible for breach
of contract or any intentional or careless
actions or omissions on part of such
suppliers, which may result in any loss,
damage, delay, or injury to you or your
travel companions or group members. Luxury Lifestyle Management, or any associated companies/parties,
shall not be responsible for any injuries,
damages, or losses caused to any traveler
in connection with terrorist activities,
social or labor unrest, mechanical or
construction difficulties, diseases,
local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal
conditions or developments, or any other
actions, omissions, or conditions outside
the travel companies' control. Our
policy is NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. Customers will be informed of any changes during the specific travel plan they have made through us. Some owners may allow for rescheduling, but we are not the owner, we do not give credits or refunds. Any issues with any specific rental must be brought to the attention of the owner. WE are NOT a management OR real estate company. We do NOT sell homes nor do we SELL timeshares. WE MARKET these properties for Individual owners or Agencies. In doing so we receive a Marketing Fee/Referral fee. We may often ad a Referral fee to net rates, if advised by the owners. Rates are subject to change seasonally. Rates may increase year to year. We do NOT SELL AIRLINE TICKETS, HOTEL RESERVATIONS, you can contact any of our Links Partners for Travel. Luxury Lifestyle Management,
or any associated companies/parties,
are not responsible for any adverse
medical emergencies or conditions. No
refunds or transfers will be allowed
without prior Travel Insurance. It is
the sole responsibility of the customer
to plan for and accommodate any medical
illness. The Customer assumes all
