This amazing villa in the Caribbean on the French side, has panoramic views over the sparkling blue waters of Simpson Bay Lagoon.  Your eyes will be drawn to the amazing and distinctive infinity pool, cascading over the edges, leading your eye to an amazing ocean view.  Blue Seas Villa gives you a taste of perfection, there will be nothing that could sway you from simply sitting and enjoying the sun and seas for a lifetime.  The water here is so blue that it’s been said you can see to the bottom of the ocean.  With it’s modern furnishings, a boat slip, high speed Internet access and even a small, private beach on the lagoon, this home proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that it is the premiere luxury Caribbean vacation rental. 

There are three main bedrooms, each with a king bed, are located in the main house and can be accessed from the interior of the villa and from the terrace. The master bedroom is equipped with a TV and DVD player. The fourth bedroom, perfect for a nanny or for independent older children, is furnished with a queen bed and is located on the lower level with an exterior entry. All four bedrooms are air-conditioned and have private bathrooms with showers. This home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, icemaker, dishwasher, blender, toaster and coffee maker. For your convenience, there is also a gas BBQ. In the Living room you will find features such as comfortable seating, a large screen satellite TV, DVD player, stereo CD system and a dining table adjacent to the kitchen. A second, large dining table and additional seating are available on the spacious covered terrace overlooking the pool and view.
