Bruadair has been cleverly designed so that it can either be rented in its entirety as a 7 bedroom villa or as 2 individual apartments, one with 3 bedrooms and one with 4 bedrooms, each with their own private pools and separate entrances.

The top floor of the villa has 3 air conditioned bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom, an open plan kitchen, living and dining area which leads out onto a covered terrace.  There is also a swimming pool with coral sun deck. 

The middle floor of the villa also has 3 air conditioned bedrooms, again all ensuite and a living area that leads out to a covered terrace which has stairs leading down to the lower pool deck.
