Included in the Nightly Rate is: Free transport from the Airport or FBO to the Villa upon arrival. Full chef services for 3 meals a day, plus customized menu creation, Food and Beverage shopping, 2 Maids for daily service from 7:30am to 4:30pm, 1 Server for lunch and dinner, All utilities, local phone and Internet, Cable TV and Satellite service, Free use of a computer and printer and Skype phone service, Free use of snorkel gear and tennis equipment, Grounds keeping and pool maintenance, Concierge Services provided by the Villa Manager, Welcome snack and drinks upon arrival. Additional Servers, Baby Sitters, etc are at $250/day for 8 hours.  Public holidays are $500/day, and overtime is $47.00/hour. Long Distance charges are per the phone company rates.
