Welcome to Greece and enjoy our very comfortable new Villa in Zakynthos, a traditionally designed stone villa with five bedrooms. This villa has a big private pool with hydro massage area, direct access to the sea and impressive Priest's Cave. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with open large sitting and dining room, one master bedroom and two bathrooms. On the top floor are four bedrooms, two master bedrooms and two with single beds, three bathrooms with large covered veranda area.

Outside

Our villas are on a private plot of land of over 40.000 sqm with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the North Western part of the Island (Alikes, Alikanas) and Kefalonia. The surrounding of the villas includes: aromatic herbal gardens, sun beds, beach chairs, traditional village style oven and BBQ.

Coast/Beach

The villa is by the seaside, the coast is only 70 m away down a stone path. It has direct access to the legendary and impressive Priest's Cave. An entrance from the house to the cave has been constructed with great care, consisting of vertical tunnel leading to the interior of the cave and leading to the sea. There you can swim in the crystal water and see the caves which are famous for their bright blue color. The sea area is good for fishing with a big variety of Mediterranean fishes.

There are Various opportunities in terms of privacy, leisure and pleasure. The abundance of opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, swimming, fishing or for the more adventurous: diving in the crystal clear sea, canoeing or exploring the mountain side, will tempt every visitor and make for unforgettable experiences. There are canoes, snorkeling and fishing equipment, mountain bikes and an astronomical observatory available for guests' use. Use of a speedboat can be arranged, at extra cost, as well as water sports activities, fishing trips and boat excursions.

Travel

Zakynthos is served by one airport (airport code ZTH), located towards the south end of the island in a distance of 30km from Blue Caves Villas. During the holiday season (May-October) almost all international flights are chartered flights from European cities. Domestic flights are available between Zakynthos airport and Athens, served by the national airline Olympic Airlines, there are usually two flights a day. The journey time to Athens is approximately 1 hour.

Distances

We are located on the northern side of Zakynthos; the most beautiful and tranquil area of the island, 30km from the main town and 2,5 km from the small port of Agios Nikolaos, which is the only port, has ferries to Kefalonia (1 hour by ferry boat).

Prices per day in Euros. One week (7 nights) minimum stay.
50% deposit is required to guarantee reservation. Balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.  The advanced payments are not refundable in case of cancellation by the tenant. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival must be paid in full to guarantee reservation. We accept only bank transfers and cash as the form of payment.
We welcome the visitors from April - November.
