The Palaceté  is the perfect place for small groups to get away from it all and relax in a peaceful and exclusive environment.  This jewel of Andalucian architecture dating back to 1492, is set deep in the heart of the Spanish hinterland between the coast (1/2 hour's drive) and Granada (1 hour's drive).  

Painstakingly restored into an outstanding country residence easily able to accomodate up to 24 guests. (The average group size is usually about 12 to 16 persons.) Located at the end of a scenic Tropical Valley. The Mansion is set in a private, quiet and peaceful setting totally away from the hustle and bustle of the coast and nearest towns. A very exclusive and unforgettable location for that special holiday in the sun.

The property is ideal for the larger family holiday with friends. It can also be an exclusive venue for that special wedding in our own  private chapel with a reception al fresco afterwards in the Moorish gardens.

Optional pool heating is now available by separate arrangement (usually only necessary from November through to April). Hard surface tennis court is located adjacent to the summer bar and terrace.  There are several large terraces available. The main terrace with magnificent views over the valley and the village of Otivar has a seating capacity of up to 110 persons and is used mostly in the summer as a superb sun bathing area.

You will enjoy paradise when you rent this beautiful country villa, there is nothing quite like it anywhere in Grenada.  The Villa is the perfect place for you to enjoy a perfect vacation with family and friends, ask bout the local sites and tours, and visit some amazing area local shops.  Bring a camera because there is lots to see and you’ll want to capture every moment.

For overnight stays after a function we have 14 rooms available all with their own bathrooms Minimum reservation is for 6 rooms at €70 per room per night including continental breakfast and IVA .

For the cooler months of the year  we now have a NEW indoor dining room in the´ Old Olive Mill´ which is available for large scale functions .Seating capacity 80-100 persons.
