As you enter you will gaze upon some of the wonderful clean lines that a home like this represents, mixing the city feel with a Euro Style interior, it simply creates a private and perfect space.  As you walk into the living room you will not be met with clutter, this home is designed with the minimalist in mind.  You simply sit down and enjoy your surroundings while the house speaks for itself. 

The owner has left nothing to chance, creating a functional space in this great Euro Style gourmet kitchen with high end appliances and polished concrete floors throughout.  Your friends and family will enjoy spending time lounging around the kitchen as you drink a glass of wine and create your favorite meals in our Kitchen.

All of the bedrooms have a unique feel.  The master with its King sized bed and pool view offers the guest the opportunity to enjoy more than the room but the connection to the water, a truly great experience.  Additionally the guest rooms are equipped with queen sized beds.  If need be we also have 3 air beds available for your use. 

Outside you will find a tranquil and inviting space, with grille, outside dining furniture and  a great 45 foot lap pool.  For those who are looking for some cooling down or just morning exercise, with this pool you have the best of both worlds.  The home also comes standard with DSL, cable TV, quality linens and towels, and local phone service.

As far as location the home is minutes to the Marina and Venice Beach, minutes to the Santa Monica Pier and Mail, 20 minutes to Beverly Hills, 30 minutes to Hollywood/Universal, and 45 minutes to Disneyland.  What else can you ask for!!
