Pretty Beach Guesthouse is a private Guest house situated 100 kilometers north of Sydney on the Bouddi Peninsula.  The property is set high on the escarpment above the Pretty Beach and nestled into the Bouddi National park. 

Guests are welcomed as if in a private home and all meals, snacks, and drinks including wines and champagnes are offered as part of the hospitality.  With only three, one bedroom pavilions surrounding the Main House on the seven and a half acre property, guests are offered privacy with around the clock services.

The pavilions – Treeptops, Bayview and Hideaway – have views through a mass of ancient angophoras and native eucalypts down onto the sparking Brisbane Waters.  The Pavilions offer king bedrooms with separate dressing rooms, open plan sitting areas orientated to take advantage of the views, fully stocked bars and a slow combustion fire.  The dining and lounge areas and bathrooms lead onto the private decks with day beds and heated plunge pools. 

The main house is the heart of the property and has an atrium style dining and lounging area, intimate cocktail bar, wine cellar, open fireplace, infinity pool and deck.  Interiors complement the bush land surround, featuring local sandstone and recycled timbers.  The décor is simple and strong with tub chairs in vintage leather, 1930’s travel trunks, handcrafted tables and fine Belgium linen.  Local artists have taken advantage of the fallen angophora branches and created sculptures that are featured throughout.

The house features relaxed dining facilities where the food of celebrated Italian chef Stefano Manfredi is available all day, “casalinga style.”

*Rates are inclusive of breakfast, lunch, dinner, morning and afternoon teas, non-alcoholic beverages, a considered selection of alcohol, guided bush walks of 1.5 to 2.5 hours.  We also offer transfers from Pretty Beach, Wagstaffe, Hardys Bay and Killcare.  Single occupancy pavilion per. night rates are available on application.  Group bookings are welcome for “house parties.” And rates are available on request.
