	Casa Perla – A Beautiful Home in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The main house has 5 bedrooms and the guest house has 3. You can accommodate up to 65 guests for a wedding at this location. The home is rented by the week for both homes at $18,000/week. The nightly rate at this house is $4,500/night with a 3 night minimum for weddings. Additionally there is an 11% resort tax, $600 final cleaning and a $3,500 security deposit. See more information and photos here.

	Coral Gables Exclusive Event Estate – This lovely home was donated by a patron of the University of Miami for their use. They now regularly rent the home out for weddings and events. You cannot stay in the home, it is specifically for the wedding and for the celebration to follow. The house is large enough to cater to 125 guests and possibly more. The rental ranges from $2,000/night to $3,800/night, depending on the number of guests. For every 75 guests, you must have 1 security guard, at the rate of $25/hour, plus 7% sales taxes. 	Historic Estate – This historic estate is located off Old Cutler Road in Miami, FL. It’s a gorgeous home with beautiful grounds. If you have plans for a large wedding, this home can entertain up to 250 guests. Additionally there is a $22/hour charge for security... there are 2 sec. guards needed for every 50 guests with an 8 hour minimum plus 7% for security. Price for location is $4,600 (FRI – SUN) and $3,450 (MON – THUR). Please call for additional pricing and information.

	Havana House – Perfect for a small wedding. This home is located in Fort Lauderdale, right across from the beach. The house can accommodate 25 guests for a wedding. The guests may park street side on A1A or be dropped off by Limo. The price is $14,500/week for the wedding. There is a one week minimum at this home. Guests may stay overnight and enjoy the home. There is an 11% tax, $350 final cleaning, and $2,500 security deposit. See more information and photos here.
